Easy DIY kale tacos

Kale is a super-beauty-food.  There's 130% vitamin A and 130% vitamin C in 1 cup to keep skin hydrated and firm.

We cook black beans + make up a plate of vegetables and fruit for easy DIY tacos. 

CSA fresh kale + parsley + cilantro

Papaya + red onion + lime

Carrot ribbons made with a vegetable peeler

Black beans + prepared salsa {store bought} + non fat yogurt

Grilled corn tortillas
